serous/half face
Who: Ron and Hermione...and anyone else who wants to meet with them
What: The final battle
Where: the meeting place Harry sent out to the DA
When: close to 7p.m.

Ron and Hermione made their way out of their flat, taking one last look around.

Ron hoped that they would make it through, but they had no way of knowing since they had only found all but two of the Horcruxes.

Ron gathered Hermione in his arms and kissed her softly. He hoped it wouldn't be the last time they would spend together. He'd studied for weeks...all the spells that Hermione had taught him.

"I love you," he whispered as they pulled apart.

"I love you too," she replied, giving him a brave smile. "It's time to go. Just be careful and remember what I taught you."

Ron nodded and pulled out his wand.

They both Apparated with a pop.
  • "Aldrick, what are you doing?" Parvati asked as she was dragged away to another spot in the group. She opened her mouth to protest when they stopped moving, but gasped instead as soon as she saw the coin in his hand. Aldrick hadn't been in the DA. How did he have a coin?

"Where did you get this?" she asked, taking the coin from his hand and turning it over in her hands.
    • If he told her the truth he was going to sound insane but well...they could die in a couple of minutes so why not take a crazy chance.

"Padma." he said simply and hope that was enough response.
      • Parvati fell silent and tried to think about what Aldrick had just said. "You mean, before she died? That's not right, Aldrick. Padma never parted with that coin. None of the DA members did. I still have mine. Look," she said, digging in her pocket and pulling out a coin identical to the one Aldrick was holding.
        • Aldrick felt frustrated and felt he should just give up and go home, however Padma's voice echoed through his head and he swallowed the lump in his throat.
"I don't steal Pavarti, why can't you just believe that Padma gave this to me?" He said and closed his eyes. He was going to go into new stupid Ravenclaw heights but it was the only way.

"I had a dream and then...the coin appear in my hand."
          • "Aldrick," Parvati said, turning to face him straight on. "I never said you stole it. I just wanted to know when she gave it to you. What are you talking about a dream? Did. . . did Padma see you in a dream?"
            • Aldrick shook his head from side to side. "Does it matter how I GOT the coin!?" he snapped and let go slightly of her hand. "All that matters is that I'm here all right? I'm here...and...ready to fight." He added and nodded all though his face was as pale as a ghost. The idea of fighting made him sick to his stomach, he was a pacifist someone who avoided physical conflict and here he was almost in the heart of a battle.

However the though of Padma asking him to help his sister and harry kept him going. "I'm here."
              • "It matters because if you've seen my sister I deserve to know!" Parvati said heatedly, the volume of her voice rising. "She was my sister Aldrick! My twin!"
                • For once in his life Al wanted to go for the reason and facts not things that had randomly come to his mind. "Look I'm sure there are thousands of reasonable explanations on how i could have gotten this coin." He said showing her the Dumbledore's Army coin. "For all you know I had seen her before she died and she left her pants in my room."

He paused and closed his eyes briefly. "I don't want to sound stupid, or foolish, or naive any more Pavarti please just...let me.."
                  • Parvati sighed, this wasn't going anywhere, good and all she wanted were some straight answers. "Look. Aldrick, if you've seen my sister, I deserve to know. I won't think it'll sound stupid, alright? Anything is possible. Just tell me what happened. Please."
                    • "It was a dream Pavarti, just that..." He said and buried his face in his hands. "Don't think too much about it."
                      • "Fine," Parvati said, taking her new place beside Aldrick. "Let's just get this over with."
                        • Aldrick seemed pale as he gave her a nod and looked down. He shoved his coin in his pocket and looked around. he hardly knew anybody here, well they probably knew him and he had talked to them but there was no one that really knew him. Unconsciously he reached his wand less hand to grab Pavarti's and gave it a light squish.

"For Padma..." he whispered and gave her a slight nod. "I have never killed anyone... and I probably aren't of much help but...I got your back Pavarti if someone dares try to touch you they will have to kill me first."
